In many place in Asia, monks use soybeans as the main source of proteins as they are not allowed to eat animal food. The proteins of soybeans are different from proteins in meat. Your body will not store fat if you take soybeans while the opposite occurs with animal proteins.

Doctors recommend you use around twenty-five grams soy protein a day. You can take it in many forms, soybeans milk, tofu… all of them are safe and great to take.

4. Apples

The benefits of apple are known for centuries. However, in 2003, a very interesting discovery about the weight loss impact of apple. The research shows that if a woman eats 3 apples a day, they will lose more weight than people who don’t. Beside the great source of vitamins, apple is also known as the great fiber container. A big apple can contain five grams fiber. Not only in weight loss, apple is good for daily use and it can help you prevent many types of disease.

It will not bring any harm if you eat 5 apples in a day but one or two is good enough for all heath purposes.

There are also many useful foods that can help you have a flat belly. However, the above list is the most common and easy to find. Be sure to include them in your daily meals. You will see the benefit to your health very soon.
